o You will need to write a “teaser” piece about your article. This is simply a short keyword-rich article summary in about three sentences, no more.

o You can date the Notepad document if you want – this can be useful in the future if you need to know when you actually wrote the article rather than when it was submitted or published

o Make sure you save the Notepad document! Then minimize it on your desktop whilst you log onto your chosen ezine directory

o Once on the article submission page, it’s simply a case of copying the text from the Notepad by highlighting it, then pressing CTRL + C, then placing your cursor inside the relevant box and pressing CTRL + V

The other could mention those who do not eat properly (Teens, single adults, and the elderly for instance. Teens prefer junk food. Single people do not like to cook meals and eat alone. The elderly who cannot afford the proper foods, and rely on organizations to provide their one meal a day.)

5. Once you have made you changes, read over your article again, making any final changes or corrections.

Now that you have completed your article, you need to think about your title. There is one important aspect to your article. You will need to find the best keywords possible for search engine ranking. You should use those keywords in your article and the title. Now that you have done this, you are ready to post your article on your web site, or blog. There are several article submission sites as well, where you can place your article. One good spot is blogger.com. You do need a Google email account in order to use blogger.com. Congratulations, you just wrote your first article.
